Opening the selected item

• Press Return to open the selected items
• Hold down the Option key to hide other applications

Revealing an item

• Press Command-Return to show selected files or folders in Finder, or to reveal a contact card in Contacts.app
• Press Command-Shift-I to show the selected item in the LaunchBar index

Sending an item

• Press Tab to trigger the “Send to…” operation
• Select the destination by entering an abbreviation
• Sending an item to an application opens the item with that application, Sending it to a folder moves or copies it to that folder

Other actions

• Perform web searches (e.g. select Google, press Space)
• Drag the item from the bar
• Drag & Drop items from Finder onto the bar
• Perform various file operations (Rename, Duplicate, Get Info, Move to Trash, New Folder)
• Open Terminal windows and run Terminal commands at the selected path
