to activate LaunchBar’s input bar. This shortcut can be configured in LaunchBar preferences
Enter a few letters or an arbitrary abbreviation of the searched item’s name e.g.:
SAF
to select
Safari
GB
to select
GarageBand
ESPP
to select the
Energy Saver Preference Pane
Switching between running applications
Press Command-Space to activate LaunchBar
Keep the Command key pressed and repeat to hit the space bar to browse a list of all currently running applications
Recently accessed items
Press Command-Space to activate LaunchBar
Keep the Command key pressed and press down arrow
Entering Web Addresses
Press Command-L to enter arbitrary web addresses
Or even simpler, just type the URL. As soon as you enter a dot character, LaunchBar automatically switches to URL input
