Reporting a Bug

Before you report a bug, there are two things you should do:

  1. Make sure that the bug has not already been fixed in a new release. It’s always best to upgrade to the latest version and reproduce the bug there. If this is not possible or desirable, we also accept bug reports for older versions. In this case please check the Release Notes to see whether the bug was addressed.
  2. Make sure that the bug has not already been reported. Check the list of known bugs for similar entries.

After verifying that this is a new bug or that you can add new information for a known bug, send us the following information through the contact form below:

  • A general description of the bug. What did you expect to happen and what did actually happen? Be as precise as possible.
  • Whether and how you can reproduce it. Be as precise as possible.
  • How often the bug occurs.
  • Version of Sharity, your operating system and other software involved.
